The Crow Creek Sioux Tribe is located on the Missouri River 60 miles southeast of Pierre, South Dakota and 26 miles northwest of Chamberlain, South Dakota. The Reservation sits mostly within Buffalo County, South Dakota. The reservation and the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe are organized into three Districts: Big Bend, Crow Creek, and Fort Thompson, which lies within 125,000 acres of Sovereign Territory held in trust.
